The production of the PP and PVC material and its testing are foundation for the plastic foil production, used the for manufacturing a bag. The basic criterion for the foil production is its strength. A double foil is then produced from the basic foil. The double foil is cut up in the size of gags and welded automatically by means of high frequency current.
Welds are checked twice: through a visual test and through a sample destruction test. Bags themselves, that are produced on an automatic line under the conditions of correct procedures in the controlled atmosphere, are checked visually, there is an inspection of dimensions and strength of the foil, character of welds, technical inspection of pressure resistance and permeability of the wall itself.
